I keep coming back because it's perfect for me. The staff helped with late check-in on my first stay. They have Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, AC, shuttle service, TV. I'll be back for Easter!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the bustling city center of Madrid. I loved being in the center of town, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shopping streets. It was so convenient to be able to step out and have everything at my doorstep. The hotel facilities were great, especially the roof terrace where I could relax and enjoy a glass of wine and some tapas. The staff was also fantastic, with great communication and the ability to accommodate us with early check-in and storage of our bags.

The location of the apartments is perfect for exploring the city center and enjoying the nightlife. The terrace of the penthouse offers a relaxing space. The host, Lenier, was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was clean and the bedroom was comfortable. It is a great option for a weekend trip with friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Principe. The location was perfect, close to Puerta del Sol and surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and bars. The apartment itself had everything we needed, including a microwave, washing machine, and oven. The highlight was the nice terrace where we could relax and enjoy the views. The space was also ideal for our family, with plenty of room for the kids. We appreciated the host's helpfulness and had a great experience overall. If you're visiting Madrid, this is an ideal place to stay for a few days as a tourist.

The location of the apartment was great, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions. I also appreciated the fact that there was a microwave, washing machine, and oven available. It was convenient to have these amenities in the apartment.

The walls were poorly insulated, so I could hear the neighbors at night and even the sounds from the hallway. the interior staircase to the bedroom and bathroom was uncomfortable and small, making it difficult to navigate, especially with luggage.

The communication from the host was mind-blowing, making our arrival quick and easy. The centrally located apartment had a jaw-dropping outside terrace and was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious and in good shape. The owner was SUPER nice and responsive. The space was gorgeous with a wow-worthy kitchen and dining room. We will definitely be back with friends next year. The owner went above and beyond to help us retrieve something we forgot. a fantastic stay with an unbeatable location.
